In this respect, we provide services for all documentation phases, starting from conceptual, main and implementation project to infrastructure of the projects themselves.

We cover all parts of the design process, as well as the acquisition of documentation required for the building permits.

Authorizations And Issued Decisions

  • Euroing d.o.o. possesses the following authorizations necessary for work both at cantonal and Federal level of Bosnia and Herzegovina:
    1. Cantonal authorisation for the design, supervision and revision of project documentation;
    2. Authorization for conducting energy inspections and energy certifications of complex facilities (Module 1 and Module 2) on theritory of the Federaion of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
    3. Authorisation granted through the Decision to perform expertise in the field of fire protection when:
    a. drafting assessments on a location’s vulnerability to fire,
    b. drafting the fire protection plan referred to in Article 21(3), and Articles 22 and 45 of the Law,
    c. drafting elaborates of fire protection referred to in Article 31(3) and Article 32(2) of the Law,
    d. drafting elaborates of fire protection of construction sites,
    e. drafting general acts of fire protection,
    f. providing expert evaluations on project documentation,
    g. providing expert opinions on application of fire protection measures in facilities.
    4. Authorisation of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry for drafting documentation for less complex water facilities prescribed under group “B” of the Rulebook on the basis of which the water-related acts are issued;
    5. Authorisation of the Federal Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction for production of constructive parts of project documentation on the level of Federation of BiH;
    6. Authorisation by the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry to perform periodic inspections, measurements and testings of power plants, electrical equipment and/or electrical installations, as well as to issue accompanying certifications;
    7. Authorisation of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry to conduct checks and testings over the correctness and functionality of built-in systems for active fire protection;
    8. Authorisation of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy to conduct periodic reviews and checks in the field of occupational safety and health in accordance with Articles 1 through 10 of the Rulebook on the conditions for personnel and technical equipment to be fulfilled by organizations performing periodic reviews and checks relating to occupational safety (“The Official Gazette of Socialist Republic of BiH, 2/91);
    9. Authorisation of the Cantonal Administration of Civil Protection to conduct professional trainings of employees in the field of fire protection in accordance with Article 128 (4) of the Law on Fire Protection and Firefighting (“The Official Gazette of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina”, 64/09).
    Additionally, Euroing d.o.o possesses the ISO 9001: 2000 certificate for the design and execution of construction works.
